小叶轮铸件是用各种铸造方法获得的金属成型物件，即把冶炼好的液态金属，用浇注、压射、吸入或其它浇铸方法注入预先准备好的铸型中，冷却后经打磨等后续加工手段后，所得到的具有一定形状，尺寸和性能的物件。
我们确保铸件的化学成分符合材料标准的要求（ANSI、BS、DIN、JIS、ASTM、ASME、AISI .等），我们做到无铸造缺陷，产品在交付前100%检验。
在制造过程中，产品尺寸、结构位置尺寸和产品外观都严格按照设计标准或客户的特殊要求进行检查和控制。
Rongjie has rich experience in impeller casting, including open type impeller, semi-open type and closed type impeller. We cast Z narrow flow closed impellers up to about 2.8 mm.
Small impeller casting is a metal forming object obtained by various casting methods, i.e., the smelted liquid metal is injected into the pre-prepared castings by casting, pressure injection, inhalation or other casting methods, and the object with certain shape, size and performance is obtained after the subsequent processing means such as grinding after cooling.
We make sure the chemical composition of the casting parts meet the requirements of materials standards( ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS, ASTM, ASME, AISI .etc), we achieve no casting defects, the products are 100% inspected before delivery.
Product dimensions, structural position dimensions and product appearance during the manufacturing process are checked and controlled in strict accordance with design standards or special customer requirements.
